Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must have a defect which wasn’t stated in the listing description already. Damages made after item arrival by the buyer do not quality for a return. Damages made during shipping do not qualify for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please click “Contact us” via the menu bar on the homepage of this site. You will receive a response via E-mail and contacted with the next steps necessary to issue a return if you qualify. 

Once the return item has been received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Please also note that there is a 10% restocking fee applied to all purchases if returned.
